Thank you …. Do you have a video for recovering lungs after pneumonia? I have Bronchiectasis and just had pneumonia. Trying to regain lung function so I can wean from oxygen. Thank you.

@@EDTalks777 have you been tested by your doctor to see if you need oxygen? If not, then you will definitely want to get tested first. The only time oxygen works is when your body has a physical need for it.

I get dizzy doing these! I had a mild atelectasis on my CT scan and always have low CO2 on my labs
My guess is that you’re hyperventilating or over breathing. Trying only doing a couple at a time or rest longer in between each one. Low CO2 also suggests hyperventilation.
@@BreatheBetterwithElizabeth ok I’ll do this for sure and slow down. I went up a few flights of stairs a few weeks ago and my heart was racing and I thought I was going to pass out! I used to never have issues like that.
