Sorry to say.. But all tips are not right, wearing same color blouse and saree is actually beteert for short heighted women to create longer leg illusion. Wearing heavy blouse with heavy saree is common and acceptable in functions like shaadi. This implies to situations where we are wearing to. And following trends is a personal choice... Life is short just do what you want. Be stylish.
