Toppo flicking just a spec of hakai at Frieza was one of my favorite parts.
I feel like what makes that scene was that it was done against Frieza. Had he flexed that kind of power against anybody else, it wouldn't have hit quite the same. But to do it on Frieza, showing that much of a power difference worked great.

this whole fight in this episode is 1-2 minutes, so these guys could talk faster than what we are seeing.. these guys literally rapping while fighting and they could still understand each other
So about Hakai. It erases all it touches. Matter, energy, soul, time you name it. So what Vegeta did was he just put more energy than Toppo's Hakai could eat through basically cancelling out both his ki and the Hakai. But do remember that Hakai can destroy exponential more that itself so Vegeta had to put a insane amount of power. Thus the final explosion.
It's funny how here Beerus calls Gohan by name, and in the recent super manga, he completely forgets who he is 😂😂

Not all destroyers are equal in strength, goku and vegeta are stronger than the weakest one but no where near the strongest. Also beerus isn’t scared of ultra instinct it’s a shock as even he hasn’t mastered it yet and he’s millions of years old so to see goku achieve it is crazy.
I'm so glad this is both episodes. Because I really didn't want to be stuck on that cliffhanger from the first one.

I'm still a bit iffy on using the final atonement like this. Yeah its obviously cool to see again but on the other hand its purley a nostalgia bait and it doesn't even kill him with the only excuse being 'he's stronger'.
The final flash would have been far better fit for the moment tbh.
Also the "I fight for" part doesn't really help
I feel like him being stronger would have nothing to do with it, since the whole idea of that technique is to pump every ounce of his energy into one massive explosion. So if he's stronger, then that would just mean he'd have more energy to pump into it, not that he would have enough power to exceed having none left afterwards.
A much more logical explanation would be that he learned from using the technique before, and used that knowledge to hold onto just a sliver of power so it wouldn't kill him. Releasing 99% of his power, rather than 100%.

@gurvmlk it didn't blow him up in the Buu Saga either he crumbled away which I took as his body being unable to handle the energy release (like it was so much it burned him into ashes).
@@specialnewb9821 It didn't cause him to explode, but it essentially drained him of all of his energy. Leaving nothing behind but a husk. In this case though, he was able to hold onto just enough energy to prevent that from happening a second time.

What Jiren did was basically a "kiai from the eyes". Goku did the same thing when he buried Vegeta. In OG Dragon Ball, Tenshinhan blew away Tao Pai Pai's Super Dodonpa with nothing but a kiai.
In martial arts, a kiai (気合い, literally "mouth spirit") is that yell you do as you strike. In Dragon Ball, the ki from the yell (or glance, as the case may be) can push someone or something away. At times, to show just how overpowered a character is and how outmatched their opponent is, a simple kiai can be used to counter a much flashier attack, as if to say "I don't even need to lift a finger to stop that."

I feel like jack is the one of the only people that enjoy Dragon Ball for what it is now. Obviously he didnt watch Z so he doesnt completely know the character depth and writing it used to have but he enjoys super without thinking about what the show used to be unlike most of the community. respectable.
I'm following a guy who never watched or read dragonball before. He read all of the original manga and is now 25+ chapters into the super manga (he just reached Infinite Zamasu). And said that he was surprised himself how much he enjoyed Super based on what people told him in the comments to previous videos. I think Super manga really benefits from not having to wait an entire month for new chapters.

Remember how many episode it took for Goku to put down Freiza in 5 minutes on Namek. This is easily almost half of season of DBZ S2 for this entire season Tournament of Power in more then 40 episodes!

Bro vegeta vs top was my favorite T.O.P fight. It showed alot of vegeta's character development. The fight had great animation and art plus vegeta going from being slapped by top and digging into his power so much and breaking his limits yet again and overpowering top was outstanding. Ep126 Totally my favourite T.O.P episode.
Btw top was such a gigachad😂 his tranformation was awesome and he was huge. Top was such a great character
