Dibyendu has an interesting situation as he belongs to two absolutely opposite worlds at the same time.
On the one hand, he is pretty dark-skinned and has endured colour discrimination that is ingrained in the Indian show business. On the other hand he is a Bhattacharyya, i.e., born to a high-caste Bengali Brahman family, which brackets him within the dominant section of Indian society.
An intelligent actor is bound to feel the conflict between these two situations, and develop a way to deal with it.
