Would be nice to make the IPA tub round so the vortex circulates better. But then you'd have size constraints as it takes a larger circle to encompass the build plate. Does the rectangle tub also provide some sort of turbulence and maybe makes the cleaning better perhaps?
@@HereWe_GoAgainthe alcohol keg was malformed and wouldn't close so they sent me one without the gasket and that one had the same defect and the screen died on the printer in barely 3 weeks of almost no use so I returned both to them. My Elegoo has been working fantasticly.
@@HereWe_GoAgain sorry if this is a duplicate but it seems my reply didn't post. The alcohol keg (that's what they called it) was malformed and wouldn't close so they sent me just the plastic pieces with no impeller nor gasket so I had to disassemble the original one for parts only to find out that the replaced was likewise malformed. It would close but then the tabs would pop open again on their own a second or 2 later. While the next replacement was on it's way (with the same defect btw) the screen blew out on the printer in barely 3 weeks of printing maybe 20 hours in total. Between the flaws and awful support I replaced the M5S with an Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra and the appropriate wash/cure station and I much happier.
@@rpmendez2112 Thanks for the info, I've heard support from Anycubic was lacking and Elegoo has better service. I was eyeing this up for the New Saturn 4 Ultra I ordered since the build plate on the 4 won't fit into the Mercury X.
@@HereWe_GoAgain so far I agree with that, Anycubic couldn't even grasp that my name was Rod not Rob, lol. So far, I opened my first ticket with Elegoo for a simple cracked plastic lid on a spare resin vat I ordered separately and they responded within 24 hours asking for a pic and the usual required details which I just sent them. So far, so good. The printer and wash/cure stations are still working perfectly.

FIRST!!!!!
Trying to repack to return the piece of junk and your video skips steps so it's just as useless to me.
What's wrong with this wash and cure?
