I'm sorry ma'am but I do not see your bird talking I'm a professional when it comes to birds that bird in the cage is not moving its chest up and down and it's even cleaning itself when some of those sounds are coming and and it's foots up in the air and I'm sorry but I think that's a boy bird somewhere the one in the cage if she's female she's not doing anything but listening to the other one. You have a pretty bird there but it doesn't look to me like it's talking at all. Why don't you bring out the other bird so we can see it in the morning.
Lovely boy, but he needs a more natural surrounding in his cage, give him some natural sticks to stand on and one bigger tub for a bath , cockatiels luv a bath, and some greenery he is able to chew on (non toxic), they need to have a natural life if kept in a cage.
