You should place the traps right next to the door so that the enemy can push in and you can shoot them as they try to get back out. Unless you're trying to revive or heal up. Then you could place it right at the door. Good games btw

I like octane more because his stim is great to run from fights, zone and in gun fights where u shoot and reload faster. His jumpad ultimate is great to take height really fast and trickshot if your into that. So I'd say octane but if u prefer camping and getting a little bit of shield, go wattson
