Many thanks for the video and congratulations to everyone involved in running and maintaining the railway - an absolute jewel in the Welsh crown - very best wishes.
What a great weekend to celebrate 100 years of the WHR. This video just goes to show what can be achieved with a little forethought and a lot of collaboration between the FR/WHR and the WHHR. Long may it continue! 👏👍
What a great weekend. Bit damp at times, but I think I've just about dried out now. So far I've only had time to add one video of the Simplex to my UA-cam channel, but the rest of the footage will appear in the fullness of time...
It's a very nice railway! As a technology fan, I'm interested in the bridges/transitions between the passenger cars, I don't know of any bridges between the passenger cars on small railways Can you make a little video about these bridges and how it works? I would be very grateful

Brilliant piece of film making. Well done.
Smashing video in spite of conditions. A credit to all the organisers and camera crew. Really enjoyed watching .
It was lovely! Great celebrations for a great Railway. Thanks FF&WHR and WHHR!

The fair lies beat is deep and sounds great.
Magic!
An absolutely fantastic event. Lyd and Russel climbing up out of Beddgelert topped it off. Can we do it again?
Wet rail and heavy trains equals adventure time
Given the somewhat improved FR loading gauge these days, how far towards Blaenau could _Russell_ manage theoretically?
Is that the first time Russell has run the whole length of the WHR in preservation?
Certainly the first time in preservation Russell has run from Harbour Station the full length of the WHR.
Technically would that make it the longest trip Russell has ever done? On the basis that the WHR originally stopped at Dinas?
@@timc1703 Good point.

Glad you like it. We’ll see what we can do.
