Their "Manirna muzika" is even better. I remember it was described/advertised as "Manieryczna muzyka" here in Poland - they don't usually translate album titles but here they did :D

@@malenastefano8632 There were some such avant-garde rock bands with a sound, I would call it: "non-laminar" and "fragmented" (or simply "with fragmented musical texture" or just "with a chamber music jam" :)
The first association is with some projects of Fred Frith, an outstanding British musician - such as the bands Art Bears and Skeleton Crew (two superb albums: "Learn To Talk" and "Country Of Blinds"; this year some live recordings were officially released after decades but I didn't check'em so far - they're potential revelation of some kind).
Two outstanding albums of rock chamber music were recorded by cellist Tom Cora (known from Skeleton Crew) with the Dutch band The Ex, I count them among the great artistic achievements of rock music (otherwise there are quite a few such albums, not always widely known works). My favorite is titled "And The Weathermen Shrug Their Shoulders" where there is a masterful song titled "Everything and Me".
Another band with this type of sound and narrative is Cassiber, founded by Chris Cutler (also associated with Fred Frith) and contemporary composer Heiner Goebels:
      en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cassiber
Generally we talk about the "grey area between rock and new music" which has been a real novelty in the era of 80s. and early 90s.(but unfortunately it never came out of the catacombs).
My wife and I used to call this music "freaks and fracs" because that was the title of a program on a local radio station in Poland ("Friki i fraki", they broadcasted this kind of music). Other sample bands include B-Shops For The Poor and Volapuk.
A slightly different face of rock chamber music is presented by Universe Zero and its affiliated bands, further reading:

Definitely, Cukor Bila Smert follows in the tradition of avant-prog and the Rock In Opposition movement - although no one else sounds like them, their chamber music shtick is unmistakable.
You might also like the solo recordings of Cukor vocalist Svitlana Nianio, they're on YT and I highly recommend them.
Her last fb post is from January, then she went silent....

PS Check also another avant-prog band This Heat, starting with the track "Not Waving" and then some more. Their drummer played with Fred Frith later on in a band Massacre :D

I remember these phonograms being advertised in Polish independent/underground bulletins in the 90s. - Cukor, Pan Kifared etc. It stands the test of time.

      @@wellsshady Well, it's not easy :D
These were mainly some ephemeral prints by underground publishers, distributors or concert/festival organizers, e.g. in the style of Wojtek Czern's of OBUH Records or Henryk Palczewski's newsletters (I don't remember, however, whether he himself wrote about these bands from Ukraine, I suppose he did because it was his aesthetic). These releases were also advertised in more "overground" magazines, I probably saw them in BRUM magazine (I don't give head for that, it was 30 years ago!). I'm sure I've read some broader coverage of the work of the Ukrainian underground (starting with Peter Solovka's band The Ukrainians) - it could have been BRUM magazine or possibly Machina, no others are likely to come into play.
