All Might never told Izuku that he is a burden. He just told him he thinks he can't be a pro hero because it's way to dangerous but that he can be a hero in many other ways. That was infact a really good and kind speech of him.

Tbh I feel a bit bad for cannon Bakugo. But the way he dealt with his internal struggle was not called for. He felt invalidated and unimportant like he need to prove himself in order to be relevant in a way he felt weak and took it out on Deku because he saw Deku as the embodiment of his weakness essentially. But that whole bullying thing was not called for and he ofc he wouldn’t know how to ask for help especially since the only emotions he grew up knowing to express is anger. And he was like 4. In part, his parents (mom) are mostly to blame for his violent nature of how to handle things. Had his dad been more assertive he might have turned out nicer. That’s just me talking tho. The actual Manga and Anime can give you the real info n’ stuff
I'm pretty sure the reason he bullied Izuku is because of his superiority AND inferiority complex. He felt like he is the best and for some weird ass reason he felt that someone being kind to him (Izuku) meant that they were looking down on him, and that is fucking ridiculous. I have only felt bad for Bakugo when he had that breakdown about All Might. And I do see a lot of people saying that Mitsuki is ab*sive, and yes, it is canon that she hit him. But considering there are different ways to discipline your kids especially in other countries and we're not sure how often she does so and that we see that there is blatantly no huge deal of it being made by the teachers that were present it's safe to say it is normal in their society as long as it's not extensive or warrants concern. I completely agree with you with the main point of your comment though, bullying Izuku was completely uncalled for ESPECIALLY the blatant S*ICIDE BAITING that happens in the 1st episode of the anime. Also, I saw that someone commented about the "fact" that Izuku learns sign language for Bakugo. This is false information all be it very sad, it is honestly just a sad head canon created by the fans of BNHA/MHA.
