To save on meds place bear rug on the ceiling and stand under the head, 100% comfort. You will heal to full as long as your hunger and warmth is enough.
You need to make a tall temple with a shop at the pinnacle and sell a single grenade - THE HOLY HAND GRENADE OF ANTIOCH - for 10,000 sulfer or scrap.
Dude do an 100% efficiency wipe, where u build 3 bases-horse/car(if u car only use cars with 3-4 modules), main and farm(just for sum cloth and ore teas(u dont have to got for pure!)). Then just farm sulf an raid xD.
Ofc use the industrial stuff like elek furnance ect

You should make a video "playing rust without a base" so you have stashes and locked boxes and can only have a base to use a workbench and cant store anything in the base
