I don't hate him at all, he's hilarious in his show but he needs to shut the fuck up. It's Comic Con's fault, it would be like hiring Jennifer Lawrence to moderate a panel for The Sopranos. A: the audience crossover isn't massive. and B: he's at the peak of his fame right now, he doesn't know how to not be the center of attention.
I personally love Q as a moderator, he's great friends with Dan and Justin already so it cut through a lot of awkwardness that you see at other panels. Also if you listen to his podcast he genuinely is a fan of Rick and Morty and was super excited and happy to be there.
