Great vid just installed but not sure how to run the wires under the seat because I do take my bags off a bit often any ideas.thanks
You can just put the plugs exterior on the frame so you can plug and unplug without removing the seat. Be sure to use the dielectric grease to avoid water problems.

Unfortunately no, only 2014-newer Harley touring models with factory Harley Davidson extended saddlebags.
