Because FTR9 are equivalent of IN14?
BYD12 = AT17
BYD/FTR 11 = AT16
FTR10 & 10+ = IN/AT15
FTR 9 & 9+ = IN/AT14
while LAB is yeah, IN12

Antithese in Phigros has IN and AT 15, while this song has IN 12 and no AT.
Maybe arcaea wanted it to be fairer cuz they got DF the latest boss song of phigros while phigros only got pragres.
