There is a Difference, the lyrics come on if Raiden has his sword, it's an instrumental without the Sword, it shares the same trait with the Jetstream Sam Battle when you knock Sam's Sword away, an instrumental plays and when Sam gets his sword back the lyrics come back.
Game Mixes are Games OST Remixes (not just MGR) that are made like the in-game versions. For example in this Remix of It Has To Be This Way there are some lyrics abscent. They only start playing when Raiden gets the Murasama (just like in the actual Armstrong Fight in-game).
When this music started playing I got pumped during the final fight :D
