  • In today's video, I demonstrate how I remove my make-up/cosmetics. Being over 50, I do prefer a simple, low-maintenance removal process and this is the one I've used for close to fifteen years.
    Products Used:
*Note: I am not sponsored, endorsed by or affiliated with any of the following products...
*Correction: I mentioned the witch hazel is 14% alcohol and the remainder is water; the remainder of the liquid is witch hazel. Some other brands may contain water; depending on their formulation.
1). Coconut Oil-(any brand-virgin-organic or conventional will work well)
    2). St. Ives Apricot Scrub
    3). Witch Hazel (Primal, Dickenson's, Thayer's, other...)
    4). Cotton Rounds
    5). Q-tips/cotton swabs
    6). Glycerin Soap Bar
    7). Face/Body Cream/Lotion (of your choosing)
***If traveling, make-up wipes of your choosing (in lieu of coconut oil; as it does not usually travel well)

nice technique and products! of course, it would be nice of the face filter would not glitch and show your real skin and then go back to the filtered skin. we hope you know that your face looks very good and it shows that you take care of yourself, so using a filter is really pointless

Hello and thank you for commenting...The only "filter" (exposure & brightness was used) is in the thumbnail for this video that I took with my iPhone. So, only the before and after picture you see prior to selecting to watch the video have a lighting "filter". Currently, I cannot use my iPhone to film and I'm using my laptop to film instead. The video hasn't any filter or special lighting being used; just the overhead vanity lighting the apartment's bathroom provides. I have yet to figure out how to use iMovie and other editing tools on my laptop...Thank you again for watching and for your opinion!
