Welcome to our van build series. We're Malin from Sweden and Alex from the UK. At the end of the summer of 2020, after 5 months locked down in Thailand we moved to Spain, bought a van and started converting it.
In this vlog we attempt to drive Vandee up a steep path to our neighbours house, where we have a beautiful spot to convert her. It turned out more difficult than expected and we start our van conversion with nearly crashing our new van. In this vlog we're also giving Vandee a deep clean and start some very important rust repairs that failed! Obviously! Follow us along in this series, as we slowly build our dream home on wheels.

I know with all the challenges ahead with the van you will be able to figure out all the intricacy of your build which is daunting for the novice but not terribly hard if you are patient. Where you are living now in Spain looks amazing and seems peaceful. Hopefully all the hyped fear and craziness will subside in 2022 and we can all get back to normal .
