Also, I have had something in the oven baking and realized that I forgot an ingredient. Nanny, the reality of a recipe not going as planned is what I call life! The ingredients sound healthy and delicious, and I would have also just broken it up to eat. My husband would have said to top with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce…. Might defeat the healthy aspect..lol. I do think that a non- stick Bundt pan would definitely help. Your oat cakes looked very tasty, I would have had some custard maybe over mine to make a delicious pudding. You look amazing in your jeans and linen shirt, but then you always do. I try to make to do lists for all the tasks I need to get done in a month. Recently l thought to myself, why only the "serious" tasks?? Just started to make a sepperate task list for fun only!! My Mom doesn't know how to work a computer, so I have to search things for her and also work youtube for her. So that's why I watch you as well. We found you when she had me searching for make up tips for someone in their 80s. Moosie always makes me chuckle when he shouts from across the room when you are filming. :D I'm amazed by your tech saviness for someone in their 80s. Your sticking mini Bundt cakes situation reminds me of a delicious chocolate pound cake I made back in the 80’s. The first time I made this particular recipe, it was absolutely perfect-it came out of the pan without any issue whatsoever and displayed so beautifully on my cake stand. Several weeks later I made the same recipe once again and it stuck to the pan so badly it was just unbelievable!!! We literally ate the cake out of the pan with a knife and fork. The cake was delicious but could not be served elegantly in any shape or form😵💫😱. I absolutely adore your beautiful necklace-I would love to find one like it or one very similar-I just love it!!! You and I share a definite penchant for beautiful jewelry!!! Your garden is so beautiful!!! Moosie looks great in that top as well.The cakes are still great perhaps done in one big tin is better. I always use lots of butter and oil in the tins. Just wanted to comment and tell you how much my Mom and I enjoy watching your channel. My Mom is 87, close to your age. I'm 49. My Mom doesn't know how to work a computer, so I have to search things for her and also work youtube for her. So that's why I watch you as well. We found you when she had me searching for make up tips for someone in their 80s. Moosie always makes me chuckle when he shouts from across the room when you are filming. :D I'm amazed by your tech saviness for someone in their 80s. You also keep with all the youth lingo like sluggin'. I've tried teaching my Mom to use a computer but she still struggles to surf a webpage that I have to load for her. Hi Nanny, if it’s not burnt or inedible it doesn’t get tossed. That’s my motto when it comes to food and my cooking 😊. I don’t have any form of bunt pans but I do have a little donut pan and a muffin pan. I bet those would make a nice muffin. Love your new blouse and your beautiful garden. I would have covered the pieces of cake with a nice sweet custard. The flowers you called mums are actually marigolds. They always give a bright and happy show in spring 🌼

Your sticking mini Bundt cakes situation reminds me of a delicious chocolate pound cake I made back in the 80’s. The first time I made this particular recipe, it was absolutely perfect-it came out of the pan without any issue whatsoever and displayed so beautifully on my cake stand. Several weeks later I made the same recipe once again and it stuck to the pan so badly it was just unbelievable!!! We literally ate the cake out of the pan with a knife and fork. The cake was delicious but could not be served elegantly in any shape or form😵💫😱. I absolutely adore your beautiful necklace-I would love to find one like it or one very similar-I just love it!!! You and I share a definite penchant for beautiful jewelry!!! Your garden is so beautiful!!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful life-everything you do is so interesting and meaningful and also such a wonderful inspiration to me!!!!

Love that colorful & stylish outfit! Yogurt or ice cream served over the bundt cake would be delish too. I rinse frequently with water & a splash of hydrogen peroxide daily. Adding baking soda to rinse will neutralize acidity after dessert.
