Brady beating my panthers in ‘03 was the first time I cried over sports. That run we went on was nothing short of incredible and that team coming up that short was so heartbreaking. Had no idea at the time what would continue to transpire over the next almost 20 years. All I can say is that I hope it truly is over. Especially after him coming to our division for another one post pats is just salt in the wound.

As a New Englander, even though he isn't on the team anymore, I still look fondly back on those years. The playoffs were so much fun, cause we never had to worry about if we would make it or not. I am not even a big football guy. I was born in 2001, which means Tom has been playing football all my life and was on the Pats for almost my entire life. I know this is a football channel, but I will say this with pride that I am so lucky to be a New Englander in these past two decades of sports. Sox won the Series in 05, Pats won the championship 6 times between 2001 and 2018, Bruins won the cup in 2011 and are absolutely kicking ass this season breaking multiple League records including most wins in a season, and the Celtics won is 2008 and don't have a terrible team currently. What a time to be a New England fan.

I will forever contend that the issue was not the pass, but ball placement by Russell Wilson. They were expecting a run, throwing (a well placed ball) would have thrown them off balance and could have also resulted in a touchdown. I contend that the fact that it didn't falls squarely on Wilson's shoulders (again due to ball placement).
