Eggless Tall Red Velvet Cake | Easy Yummy Red Velvet Cake Without Curd, Butter, Nozzle | Easy Design

In this video, I am sharing very easy way of making Eggless Red Velvet Cake with authentic taste. The frosting is rich cream cheese frosting. The cake comes out heavenly. Do try this epic red velvet cake and share your feed backs with me.

INGREDIENTS
Measuring cup used- 240ml, 120ml, 60ml
Weight of cake- 610g
For Red velvet sponge
All purpose flour or maida- 1 cup or 150g approx
Sugar- 3/4cup or 100g approx
Cocoa powder- 1 tsp
Milk powder- 1/4 cup
Refined oil- 1/4 cup or 50ml
Milk- 1/2 cup or 150ml
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Salt- 1/4 tsp
Red gel food colour- 4 drops
For Cream Cheese Frosting
Sweetened Whipping Cream- 1 cup
Cream Cheese- 1/2 cup or 100g
Powdered Sugar- 3 tbsp
Red gel food colour- 3 drops
Sprinkles for decoration
