Ikr!! That was my problem forever. But the more I did it the less it happened? I think you just learn stability as you go. It's really frustrating at first.
I would encourage you to do weighted deadlifts to gain more leg strength. Focus on the weaker leg too (the one that can't seem to keep you balanced during single leg exercises)

I love the message she said about how working out is a blessing. We often complain about working out, but some people can’t. My mom is in a health condition such that she can’t do this kind of a workout. We need to be so grateful that our bodies are strong enough to do this. I’m so grateful
This is THE BEST glute workout I've done yet, and I've been through so many since quarantine started trust me. I've done countless Chloe ting workout etc, but with this vid along with her Total Side Glute transformation vid, I've actually felt and seen real changes in my entire glute area, wider hips, round but, the works. THANK YOU
Cassie is definitely one of the best UA-cam workout girls. I just absolutely love her and her workout videos and her attitude. She is very motivational. I especially love her "Shape of Your Thighs" workout video with the Ed Sheeran song, "Shape of You." That workout video will definitely give you a fantastic leg work out and you will feel the burn and sweat, which is why I love it.

I started exercise with her videos 5 years ago.. then stopped because of pregnancy.. and now after that years I checked some new videos, and one important thing... this kind of exercises dont make real changes to body🤔 it doesnt makes sexy women curves, it doesnt sculpt body...🤔 she looks still the same, or as she is older, looks a bit less fit🤔 .. yes you can feel sweat or burn for a while.. but i think it doesnt make real results 🤷♀️hmmm...

youtube has put like at least 6 commercials in this workout, makes it hard to follow along when I have to get up and turned them off on my pc mid move. I am still thankful for your great workouts :)
Ladies this WORKS ! I did this workout two days ago and my muscles are still sore in places they haven't been sore ever before (and i work out regularly). Just goes to show that this is effective !!!

@@jarikahacking5219 make sure you're eating healthy, and maybe at a caloric deficit if you're really looking to try and lose weight. Doing back workouts will only strengthen and grow your back muscles, it's not going to reduce the amount of fat there. Hiit workouts and cardio is your best option for that
Could you create a postpartum workout? I learned that postpartum, you are NOT supposed to do certain ab workouts such as crunches because it further separates the muscles rather than brings them together. I think many women could benefit from your knowledge!

What you said at the end of the video about physically being able to workout really hit home hard for me. I am a ballet dancer (not professional) and I am currently recovering from an injury. I haven't been able to anything for the past three months and it has been SO HARD for me! I have finally been able to start gentle Pilate based workouts (that's how I found your channel). I don’t know if Cassey reads these comments… she can totally wear her wedding dress again! Something my husband and I plan to do… every 5 years, for our anniversary, we wear our wedding clothes and go out and have dinner and maybe an activity! We’ve only done it once so far (married 6 years now), and it motivates me to achieve my fitness goals! I love my dress and knew I wanted to wear it more than once and we figured a way to do so, and it’s more than just wearing it to have fun, but keeps me focused in many of my personal and family goals!!! This one is tough, but I did it all. I've also done the inner-thigh (also good for the butt) and for the arms. I love them all. So effective, adding this to my continuing with the ab 100 and I feel great!. As you said Cassie, to have a body that can do this is wonderful. I’ve always loved your workouts and positive energy! What you said toward the end really resonated with me. About two years ago, I had a ligament tear and stress fracture in my hip that went frustratingly undiagnosed for a loooong time. During that period, I couldn’t do the workouts I wanted to and had to shy away from Pilates because I’d be in pain. I got my hip scope surgery last October and now I’m finally able to get back into my Blogilates workouts. I never thought of workouts as a chore, but I used to take my body for granted . Now, through my injury and recovery, I’ve discovered just how blessed I am to have my body and be able to do what I can do. Thanks for helping me grow strong and confident! Hopefully I can get back to the strength I had, but I will appreciate anything I can do, even in the limitations of my recovery process. God Bless for PA!

my butt cheeks are literally quivering xD this is such a good workout! Also is anyone else's outer thigh of the opposite leg on fire during the first few exercises??? I feel like this worked out my outer and inner thighs and abs and back too!
If that quivering continues for a while, or if you're experiencing any twitching in your muscles, you might need more potassium. My butt waa twitching like crazy this morning, so I took supplements. Oh and you can overdose potassium a little bit, the only thing that might happen, is that you have to go to the toilet soon... if you know what I mean if the amount is too much for your body.
Oh btw, it's magnesium not potassium. Potassium is good if your heart is too unrelaxed. Too much can relax your heart too much. That's dangerous. Just adding.
The most motivating thing during this workout: My mom went into my room, saw me suffering (xD) and all she said was: ,,wow.! You're butt really looks great while doing this move.'' It was kind of weird but it also made me go harder for this workout 💪😂
Thanks Cassey, I always feel so good after I do your video's workouts (even tho you're killing me!).. I am a little bit sick (obviously it's not too bad otherwise I wouldn't be able to move), but when I work out I feel so much better afterwards! I suggest an isolate workout for hips, to get rid of hip dips! I'm also doing the 100 abs challenge (I know I'm late), I'm on day 17.. My abs feel great, I'm starting seeing so much progress
I've been developing asthma like symptoms and haven't been able to get to a doctor yet so working out has been a challenge. During this time I've been loving your channel because you have a lot of workouts that I can do without triggering an attack. The pace of your workouts is really good and easy to adjust to my own pace so I don't end up struggling to breathe. So while you're great at putting me in pain I love you anyway because these are still great workouts that I can actually do.

After more than 3 months with blogilates calendars I can finally do this whole video without breaks! I'm sweating REALLY HARD but I'm so proud of myself! My single leg bridges are still way off but it's something I need to work hard on in the future months to come :D

I love this isolate vid, I got stuck overseas (mind you I was in Fiji... not a bad place to be stuck) during the pandemic, and Now I am in quarantine back in my home country awaiting my release so I can see my family. i've been wanting to work out my glutes but the only move i knew was the squat, which i couldn't do because i was in a car accident that hurt my knee. all of these exercises are on the ground and doesn't require me to put pressure on my knee so thank you 🙏🏻

This video gives the foundation for strong hamstrings! And almost every sport requires a stable 'n healthy lower back and strong hamstrings. I cycle, run and do crossfit 'n calisthenics, but the moment I dropped this video from my workouts, my progress grew slower. I'm super happy, that I came across this golden video once again, and i'm never letting it go now. :)

🚨 here’s the comment you’ve been looking for I am going to update this every day I do it, idk how many days I will I’ll just do it until I’m satisfied. For reference I’ve been doing her under butt workout for like 5 or 6 days and I’m already noticing results but she said it won’t transform your booty so I came here lol. Day 1: took mini breaks because I just couldn’t get through it all haha. definetly more sore on the hamstrings and arms but I feel it in my booty too. Day 2: a little sore but I didn’t get to finish the workout Day 3: skipped for running errands Day 4: already seeing an improvement..my butt looks fuller but I’m going to continue to do the under butt so it goes hand in hand

If that quivering continues for a while, or if you're experiencing any twitching in your muscles, you might need more potassium. My butt waa twitching like crazy this morning, so I took supplements. Oh and you can overdose potassium a little bit, the only thing that might happen, is that you have to go to the toilet soon... if you know what I mean if the amount is too much for your body.
Oh btw, it's magnesium not potassium. Potassium is good if your heart is too unrelaxed. Too much can relax your heart too much. That's dangerous. Just adding.

Thanks Cassey, I always feel so good after I do your video's workouts (even tho you're killing me!).. I am a little bit sick (obviously it's not too bad otherwise I wouldn't be able to move), but when I work out I feel so much better afterwards!
I suggest an isolate workout for hips, to get rid of hip dips!
I'm also doing the 100 abs challenge (I know I'm late), I'm on day 17.. My abs feel great, I'm starting seeing so much progress

I have enough exercise material and not enough exercising
I've been developing asthma like symptoms and haven't been able to get to a doctor yet so working out has been a challenge. During this time I've been loving your channel because you have a lot of workouts that I can do without triggering an attack. The pace of your workouts is really good and easy to adjust to my own pace so I don't end up struggling to breathe. So while you're great at putting me in pain I love you anyway because these are still great workouts that I can actually do.
Please do an isolate workout for the
1) Chest
2) Upper Back
3) Lower Back

After more than 3 months with blogilates calendars I can finally do this whole video without breaks! I'm sweating REALLY HARD but I'm so proud of myself! My single leg bridges are still way off but it's something I need to work hard on in the future months to come :D

You're such a pro Cassey, i always look at you with such admiration, knowing how much it hurts at the moment and you still manage to stay your smiley self, casually talking to us, that's what definitely makes you stand out among a lot of workout vloggers (idk what's the right term to be honest haha), they just workout silently with music, while you make it personal and relatable, thank you! I love this isolate vid, I got stuck overseas (mind you I was in Fiji... not a bad place to be stuck) during the pandemic, and Now I am in quarantine back in my home country awaiting my release so I can see my family. Your videos get me not only my exercise, but some mental happiness therapy as well.. This video I have done every week for the past month or so... it still hurts and I am yet to get through a whole video without shedding a tear... but I love it and I am forever greatful to you!

i've been wanting to work out my glutes but the only move i knew was the squat, which i couldn't do because i was in a car accident that hurt my knee. all of these exercises are on the ground and doesn't require me to put pressure on my knee so thank you 🙏🏻

This video gives the foundation for strong hamstrings! And almost every sport requires a stable 'n healthy lower back and strong hamstrings. I cycle, run and do crossfit 'n calisthenics, but the moment I dropped this video from my workouts, my progress grew slower. I'm super happy, that I came across this golden video once again, and i'm never letting it go now. :)

Wow! Thanks so much for having this video! I haven't been working out for the past four months. When I started working again today, the energy and happiness all came back! I love feeling this way! The past few months have been really tough and I felt lost. With work, school and family I couldn't find a happy place. Now, that I'm back to a schedule and things seem to going better with my family, I finally encouraged myself to workout again and finally got my willingness back. My happiness too! I am going to update this every day I do it, idk how many days I will I’ll just do it until I’m satisfied. For reference I’ve been doing her under butt workout for like 5 or 6 days and I’m already noticing results but she said it won’t transform your booty so I came here lol.
Day 1: took mini breaks because I just couldn’t get through it all haha. definetly more sore on the hamstrings and arms but I feel it in my booty too.
Day 2: a little sore but I didn’t get to finish the workout
Day 3: skipped for running errands
Day 4: already seeing an improvement..my butt looks fuller but I’m going to continue to do the under butt so it goes hand in hand
spicy pancake if you really want results make sure you’re giving time for your muscles to rest:) you should be working the glutes 3 times a week

I could feel my heartbeat in my FOREHEAD after those single-legged bridges.
I actually felt my butt shaking and I have never felt that before and let me tell you-this girl was scared haha. I cannot imagine what soreness awaits me tomorrow, and I'm kind of happy about it because that means that this workout WORKED.
