मैं यहां कुछ दिन रूकी। मकान मालिक का व्यवहार बहुत ख़राब है। मक्खी बहुत ज्यादा हैं। जिसकी वजह से किचन में खाना बनाना बहुत मुश्किल होता है, मक्खी के कारण मुझे लूज मोशन हो गए। सड़क से घर तक का रास्ता बहुत खराब है।बच्चों और बुजुर्गों के लिए बिल्कुल भी ठीक नहीं है। location very poor कार पार्किंग बहुत दूर रोड़ पर करनी पड़ती है। टूटे और छोटे रास्ते से सामान भी खुद उठाकर ले जाना, लाना पड़ता है। जो बहुत मुश्किल है।

@@TotallyTummy काफी दूर है। सबसे दिक्कत की बात ये है कि रास्ता बहुत खराब है सामान लेकर नहीं चल सकते। पहाड़ों पर सामान लेकर चलना वैसे ही दिक्कत होती है।

Very bad location for families and complete way to the home stay is not video graphed as the rooms at home stay are video graphed by madam ji. I wasted my time and money both by booking for this home stay.
Parking facility for cycle is available but if u want to park ur car then u have to park ur car at ur home for car parking and only then leave for vacation for this home stay.
In case of medical emergency, you can think about that situation as the way to the home stay can be explored by watching this video as a trailer and I will release the movie very soon..

@pankaj Mittal Ji - I do not agree with your facts, I have checked in today, proper walkable route is there, if someone wants to stay in apple orchid then little bit nature walk is required. I suggest this is a good option for family because owner also have his own family with daughter wife and mother staying at the same place.

Location link shown in the description link is totally wrong as the link is shared from the main road despite the actual location of this home stay.
It's not safe for families as no one can get help in case of emergency as the way to the home stay is approximately 1 feet wide path only.
If you loved tracking then go for it but if you not... then it's solely your call my friends.

Homestay is very far parking is a very big problem if anything happens at night you have to cross like a sunsaan orchid with no help, kitchen is loaded with domestic fly's bedroom without any chai,r sofa & with very cheap material bed. Moreover owner is greedy, no cleaning help charging 300 per day cleaning, garbage disposal is biggest problem &, self service.
Don't go other good option available nearby.

Pura fraud hai let me tell you I called the owner of thi property mr ajeet he told me tha ki there is a festival going on so his homestay is booked but he will provide his another homestay with same amenities, he shared the pics of the homestay and told me that. You will get the rooms in the homestay it is also build by me, he told me he has his cars also and he will help us in local sight seeing and sissu visit by his car so i was happy and trusted him
He asked for 3100 for room for 3 people for one day and 5000 for cab for local sight seeing and sissu
Total 8100
He asked for full advance and i dienied and paid him 2500 in advance
When I reached manali bus stand with my parents his driver came and dropped us on a hotel and left
I waited at the reception and called ajeet that it is a hotel not a homestay
He said I told you we have a festival going on so that's y I gave you hotel room, I told him if I had to book a hotel I would have booked it from websites
As I was with my parents I didn't created a scene, then when I checked in to the room it was such a bad room i can't tell you it was on 4th floor with such a bad smell and very bad furniture full of dust
Understood I have been scamed but as I was with my parents I kept quite and gently went to the hotel. Manager and discussed him the whole scenario, he said mam only 4th floor room was free and i had told ajeet that the room is not good for a family but he ignored it
I asked the manager for help and show me a good hotel room in other hotel(as his hotel was full)
He helped me finding a good hotel in very reasonable price
I called ajeet for refund he said he has paid 2500 to the hotel property but the manager told me that. He is lying as I was there when ajeet was talking to the hotel. Manager
Ajeet is a fraud plz don't go for such scammer
Basically he makes a package that too of very low quality hotels

Hi, we have planned to go to Manali from Delhi in first week of sept 2023. Since there is heavy rainfall we are not sure how the roads are. Do you suggest we should travel?

Good Experience staying here for a month. Wifi speed is good for those looking for working from here. Parking will be at owners risk on the main market but is safe. One has to walk from the road to the homestay and is around 10 mins walk. I will not recommend it for the old people or big family coming for travelling. Location is good for the people looking for peaceful location in between the apple orchids. The view is ultimate from here.

@@poojasingh-dg7zp yes it is good option for family with kid but distance between road to homestay is about 300 mtr and no parking space if you have car you can park roadside.If you want more homestay option you can check our channel also Thank you
