Lachlan What helps me (On Xbox) is to turn off auto aim. The game locks you on and causes tougher pull on the stick. Turning this off allows more control of the stick, thus landing your head shots easier with the pump

Lachlan jump and bring the recticle down over their body and pull trigger when passing their head
Lachlan Aim at them
Lachlan yeah basically just jump and wait for their head to fall into your crosshairs. Practice
Get a PC or go into games and only use a revolver to practice aiming for the head
