This is my first time to hear the term or field called 'service design' and i am so grateful and overly excited after exploring the possibility of optimizing government / public 'service' offices through user experience strategies, now with this 'service design' strategies, under the general and holistic solution of architecture. this is gonna be a really interesting college thesis. subscribed! thanks!
