i played EP2 on 2007, imagine me seeing the scene where Alyx saves his father, i cried like a child. Cause i was waiting 12 or maybe 13 years to see what gonna happens after... The death of Eli was traumatic for me, but more traumatic is the wait all those years :C ... 2 Friends of mine in real life died waiting for this moment. One of drowning, the other on a motorcycle accident :C
This song feels like I'm experiencing the whole series for the first time, all at once. It's a very weird, heavy, nostalgic feeling, and I only finished Half Life for the first time two years ago. I can't imagine what this feels like for the people who actually waited 13 years for Half Life: Alyx.
