Some may be questioning the penalty given, saying that the Lazio player got the ball first (like the commentators said if you watch the full match for questioning the penalty). But if you see closely, his right foot got Lautaro first, so it's clear penalty!

If we look at how referees act in these situations in general, we can see that even when players touch the ball, much or little, but they also hit the opponent and especially if they first of all hit the opponent, even with only a slight touch on the ball its 9/10 times freekick/penalty.
I always liked the idea of no freekick if you hit the ball in a tackle but I can see more and more that you cant just destroy a players legs and hit the ball and get away with it. If you tackle you pretty much have to touch the ball only, or else freekick.
