I so need a routine and stick to it, but with chronic illnesses it’s often hard because your body tells you the routine and not the other way around, I feel best when I can have a routine and just actually prayed about this this morning in my time with God so that’s crazy that this video pops up today when I needed to visualize a routine, thanks Angie for your consistency and motivation! Your videos are the only ones I can watch before bed, they have honestly helped me so much. I tend to get to get anxious alot and watching your videos helps me take my mind off things. I've tried multiple ways but your videos never fail to make me happy and relaxed. They put me in such a cozy, content mood and make me want to be more productive when I wake up (Also Carl always cheers me up). I can't wait to see the Christmas videos. X
