Hi for the cookie dough why use brown sugar? If I use granulated sugar will it affect the result as the cookie part of the video? If yes what it is? Thanks in advance.
Hey you can of course use white or granulated sugar. The difference is, brown sugar gives a bit more chewiness to the texture and the color is a bit more golden.
@@imanisserie681 Oh I want more chewy so I guess I need to buy molases so I can create my own brown sugar at home. Here brown sugar is kinda rare. We mostly use white sugar to cook or bake. Thanks for the info. I'll try the recipe when I attain the molases first and get to bake the brookies later. Thank you again!
@@imanisserie681 Hi miss, I had attained molases through online shop. But I still need more infos. The butter on the recipe is unsalted right for both brownie and cookie? Then I notice the amounts of eggs also differ to the one in the video. That mean I should follow which one to bake? Will the flour and other ingredients also increase if I follow the video instruction?
@@sitiyopi4623 I assume the butter is unsalted and she replied to someone else's comment saying that in the video she made double the recipe so tjats why there are more eggs in the video compared to what she is saying
I guess you could but you would need to test it out. For the brownie part you can add either aquafaba (chickpeas liquid) or some white chocolate. For the cookie part I think some applesauce could do the trick. To be tested :)
In the recipe you call for 2 eggs for the brownie batter and 1/2 and egg for the cookie dough. In the video however you have 3 eggs for the brownie batter and a whole egg for the cookie dough.
In the recipe I made double the quantity (so 4 eggs for the brownie actually) mentioned in the recipe that’s why there is this difference. You can double the recipe if you want to make more of it :)

Hello 🤗 Thank you very much for the comment. And welcome to the channel 😍😍
Hi.. have you used 3 eggs ? In description it iss written as 2 eggs.
Awesome 👍🏾
Très bon je me régale merci madame
Merci bcp
Why did she use 4 eggs in the Video? In the recepie there are only 2!
Did she Take the Double ingredents?
Why do we have to put the cookie batter on the paper instead of just putting it directly on the layer of brownie?
Just curious 😊
hello. for the brownies, it says, 2 eggs. the video shows more that 2 eggs.
Toppp👍👍👍
Ohhh. Ça a l'air très bon
What size was the baking pan?
The pan was 15*15 cm or 6 by 6 inches

I was thinking about making these, could i use myown brownie batter? Also could i double the cooke recipe of yours, as my brownie recipe is quite big?
Hey yes you can use your own brownie batter if you bake it at the same temperature. You can of course double the cookie recipe if your mold is larger.
@@imanisserie681 thank you:)
