As per the current requirement, what they have amended and added ?
various sections are removed and various are summed under one sections thereby trying to make bulky document simpler so that subsequent additions and amendments doesnt make it much bulkier compared earlier. also the language of various laws are simplified according to present scenario and present legal jargon’s it started overhauling process of old indian laws. there are list of many which i can say in support of my claim but i also agree that there are room for improvements also. nowadays people having zero knowledge and experience of jurisprudence and legal aspects comment so easily on judiciary on social media attacking constitutional institutions and objecting their morality but they are unable to provide alternatives, instead of just criticising its better to object and put forward your alternative to solution that can solve the problem.
