@@TeemahAbiola For us I think one of the things that helped us was our job and payslip verification. Because the main thing is that the agency wants to be sure that you can afford rent. This time around we didn’t use guarantor but in our previous house we had guarantor that stood for us because then I was jobless and they said they want family that earns two income
