It's worth mentioning that Megatron survived an explosion capable of launching another planet across space without a scratch. SCP -096 would be way out of it's element.

The Autobots are the "good guys". Even if they were misidentified as anomalies, they'd be Thaumiels. 4. Did the narrator avoid all Transformers fiction while growing up? Energon mispronunciation is really jarring.
5. Optimus wouldn't hurt/ kill humans (unless there was no other choice) so either the guys in the APCs are dead or somehow survived Edit: not counting Shattered Glass where the Autobots are evil because those primes would definitely kill humans
If they stuck to the lore & mythos of the SCP Universe, the Transformers are nothing more than another robotic threat. If the foundation can contain gods, cognitohazards, reality benders, anomalous diseases, clockwork enemies, etc then they could easily contain or neutralize the Transformers.

Furthermore, he can not fire anything from the arm that does not have the Fusion Cannon attached to it. - TFP Megatron does not have a machine gun which extends from his arm. - Bumblebee does not go around destroying buildings because he feels like it - OH PRIMUS WHY DOES BUMBLEBEE LOOK LIKE THAT HE'S SUPPOSED TO BE CUTE AND FRIENDLY NOT NIGHTMARE FUEL - Bumblebee is depected as he was on Cybertron during the Bumblebee movie. my thoughts on how this would play out from what I know about transformers and why Optimus surrenders since he would never kill a human and this is his bay verse form So he is one the most brutal continuities to date so the the fight between him and 682 is a stalemate since he cant be killed and the matrix would revive Optimus. Since we're flying off the rails into original story territory - here's my official outline pitch. An alternate universe, rather than the scramble goggles failing and being scrapped. They are perfected and Dr Dan not only saves the world, but saves himself from termination. The story starts as usual; failed goggles, botched mission, and Dr. Dan's fate being tied to 096. But at any point in the story; Dan gets a crazy idea to put components from SCP2000 into SCP914 on the Very Fine setting "as a failsafe to humanity if this all goes to shit and 096 breaks out into San Fransisco or worse yet, Time Square". The results of this being that when the components are re-entered into SCP2000. Upon a K Class Scenario; The machine would then be able to anomalously recreate the entirety of anything contained in our atmosphere in an instant; including any changes within a certain limit - to said recreation. Dr. Dan would then secure himself away in this bunker, instructing Iris to release a photo of 096 to every social media platform available. Dooming herself, and the majority of Earth's population. Dr. Dan finally revealing his true intention asks the machine to recreate society without 096 to which it would reply a simple "Invalid input". After mulling it over he remembers it can only work within a certain limit and destroying something as indestructible as 096 must be even out of the new and improved 2000's anomalous capabilities. So he instead asks it to recreate his world; with the change that all photos of 096 (yes, even Dr. Bright's personal arsenal) be removed from reality. Ending with a chuckle "Oh, and put that damnable thing back in it's box". Sometime later he would be called in by the 05 Council. Accepting his swift termination, and knowing in his heart it was worth the cost to even just mitigate that creature's terror. He would be pleasantly surprised by a medal of honor, a full pardon, and his own facility and team dedicated to the mitigation of 096. They would then go on to create a sonic version of the scramble goggles; that uses sound waves to depict images on a screen. It took more D Class than the ethics committee would care to admit to figure out. But as it turns out; just like artistic depictions - sonic depictions also don't trigger 096's rage state. These would often also be used by MTF ETA-10 (spin off short story continuation idea?) He promises the design choice was 100% non-copyright and swears it has no resemblance to a certain VR headset (Sony VR). ~The only thing I want, if you use this. Is to be credited as ttv/iBeSuspicious for the idea ~

my thoughts on how this would play out from what I know about transformers and why
Optimus surrenders since he would never kill a human and this is his bay verse form So he is one the most brutal continuities to date so the the fight between him and 682 is a stalemate since he cant be killed and the matrix would revive Optimus.
Starscream Is a coward (also why did they not use bay verse Since it looks like they used G1) he would run and in the first bay verse movie he destroyed f-22 raptors and looking at the jets used to capture him it looks like f-4 phantoms or f-14 tomcats so he wins that dogfight but if he is shot down by the anti air systems (I don't know a lot about the Laughing men) the laughing men wouldn't get a chance to attack him since he can fly In bot mode so the odds are he gets up and flies back to the nemesis (the deception ship assuming its on earth of course) to claim command of the deceptions because its Starscream were talking about lol

Since we're flying off the rails into original story territory - here's my official outline pitch.
An alternate universe, rather than the scramble goggles failing and being scrapped.
They are perfected and Dr Dan not only saves the world, but saves himself from termination.
The story starts as usual; failed goggles, botched mission, and Dr. Dan's fate being tied to 096.
But at any point in the story; Dan gets a crazy idea to put components from SCP2000 into SCP914 on the Very Fine setting "as a failsafe to humanity if this all goes to shit and 096 breaks out into San Fransisco or worse yet, Time Square".
The results of this being that when the components are re-entered into SCP2000. Upon a K Class Scenario; The machine would then be able to anomalously recreate the entirety of anything contained in our atmosphere in an instant; including any changes within a certain limit - to said recreation.
Dr. Dan would then secure himself away in this bunker, instructing Iris to release a photo of 096 to every social media platform available.
Dooming herself, and the majority of Earth's population.
Dr. Dan finally revealing his true intention asks the machine to recreate society without 096 to which it would reply a simple "Invalid input".
After mulling it over he remembers it can only work within a certain limit and destroying something as indestructible as 096 must be even out of the new and improved 2000's anomalous capabilities. So he instead asks it to recreate his world; with the change that all photos of 096 (yes, even Dr. Bright's personal arsenal) be removed from reality. Ending with a chuckle "Oh, and put that damnable thing back in it's box".
Sometime later he would be called in by the 05 Council. Accepting his swift termination, and knowing in his heart it was worth the cost to even just mitigate that creature's terror. He would be pleasantly surprised by a medal of honor, a full pardon, and his own facility and team dedicated to the mitigation of 096.
They would then go on to create a sonic version of the scramble goggles; that uses sound waves to depict images on a screen.
It took more D Class than the ethics committee would care to admit to figure out. But as it turns out; just like artistic depictions - sonic depictions also don't trigger 096's rage state.
These would often also be used by MTF ETA-10 (spin off short story continuation idea?)
