I really like the trails out there. You're right about the tiny spines on those cactus! They're like little hairs that you can't ever get out of your skin.
Interestingly a vast majority of our thorny friends are a result of cattle (from olden days cattle drives) and wild animals eating the mesquites and cactus then "fertilizing" the trails, which are obviously easier to travel on. What a great place for you to relax amd explore. Thank you.
I think the only problem with running the widow air conditioner in side the zozo garage. It will probably keep the inside of the shelter cool. However, it will be blowing hot air into the garage.
I mentioned this to him already. He believes keeping all the doors open will allow enough ventalation to prevent that. Maybe on days with a good strong breeze.
Good morning Rusty. Looks like a really nice place there. Sure has a lot going for it as a relaxing and peaceful area. That kind of place is getting harder and harder to find.
Rusty, may be a good idea to do a good video of your entire property and garage in Carizozo, NM to help sell it with no realtor and title the video as such.
Great trails to walk or take a golfcart ride. Reminds me of where I grew up.
Love those Fort Clark trails. Thanks, Rusty!
👍👍 🌵🐶🐶🤠🐶🐶🚐🇺🇸🏜️
Hi Rusty, That looks like fun to ride Olive Oil around. Such a beautiful area. Take care Rusty!
Looks like the "Thorny Trail". Bunches and bunches of Thorny's family have moved into Ft. Clark Springs.
That's what happens when Rusty advertises a place. 😅

Those are the worst!

@mikemccutty3837 Ya, he will just have to try it. You know Rusty, if it doesn't work, he will figure something else out.
An idea for your Zozo property: Have the inside of the garage spray foam insulated and then just put a nice bed inside to stay for a few nights?
That Motorhome deal is the way to go.
I thought you had a camper van you made? Going in circles I see. Delusional .
Great scenery around the Fort. Looking forward to being introduced to the new Snowball.

It really is a nice place.
Good to know.😊
everything out there will either sting,...bite..... or stick ya NOT for bare feet or sandals...LOL
Don’t snack and drive 👍🤣👍
What happened to the plan of traveling with your new traveling partner and splitting cost?
You've missed so much! He's already had 5 or 6 plans since then 😂
55k is a great price on that lot.
Perfect day
