Brushless motors are more efficient than brushed motors and they have a longer life. They are more expensive, but the extra cost is worth it. In this article, I will show you how to make a brushless motor that is more powerful than the ones you can buy in stores.
The first thing you need to do is find some magnets. I used neodymium magnets, but you can use any type of magnet. You will also need some metal wire, a battery, and a motor controller.
The next step is to wind the wire around the magnets. Make sure that the polarity of the magnets is correct or else the motor won't work. You will also need to make sure that the wires are touching each other so that they create a circuit.
Now you need to solder the wires together.

I would have added a drop of heavy machine oil to the bearing surfaces.
    Good video for simple construction.
Maybe provide a listing of wher to obtain the magnets and the Hall sensor would be a bonus.
K&J magnetics for the magnets, and Digi-Key for the sensor.
Good video, no extraneous b.s added..

I'll never wrap my head round how a bare wire wrapped in a coil on itself becomes magic.

Today is your lucky day, for I shall reveal to you the secret: The wire is not bare. It has a thin coating of enamel on it. It is very thin and is close to the color of copper, so it is understandable that you might think it is bare. But it is not bare. I assume by magic you meant magnetic. Or maybe it is like magic.

In order to make a brushless motor, you need a few things - a stator, a rotor, and some magnets. The stator is the stationary part of the motor, and the rotor is the rotating part. The magnets are what make the rotor rotate.
To make a brushless motor, you first need to coil some wire around itself. This creates an electromagnet. You then need to attach some magnets to the rotor. Next, you need to attach the stator to something that will keep it stationary. Finally, you need to power up the electromagnet.
When you power up the electromagnet, it creates a magnetic field. This magnetic field interacts with the magnets on the rotor, causing it to rotate. The faster you power up the electromagnet, the faster the rotor will rotate.
Electricity is all around us and it's one of the most powerful forces on earth. Harnessing that power can be difficult, but with the right tools, it can be easy. In this article, we're going to show you how to make a powerful brushless motor using free energy transformer and some other common household items.
The first thing you'll need is a free energy transformer. This can be found online or at your local hardware store. Next, you'll need a few other common household items, including a battery pack, DC motor, and propeller.
Once you have all of your supplies, it's time to start assembling the brushless motor. First, take the free energy transformer and cut off the top section. Then, use pliers to bend the prongs on the bottom section so that they are flat.
