The rare gear isn't fully stated out, done in a hurry. Obviously aim for chaos res. Mana issues are handled by leach and if further mana issues occur you grab spirit of war instead of dps nodes.

Brother your endgame setup is at 29k ehp with 7k chaos max hit. Also you will have huge mana issues.
