This is was my favorite thing in the whole freakin world! I remember sitting at my mom's computer (with Windows 95) and playing this for hours. I was so obsessed with it.
I distinctly remember having a Reader Rabbit game when I was 4...and I have a feeling that this was the one. Unfortunately the reason I can't recall what this game was like was because of this weird "computer scare" back in the '90s. It was either the whole Y2K thing or some computer virus going around at the time. Whatever it was, it scared my parents enough to throw my game away, they probably thought it was "infected" or something. Made me really sad, because I loved my Reader Rabbit game -_-
I remember playing this all the time on my dad's work laptop but he wouldn't buy me a computer like all my friends :( loved this game so much.. good ol' floppy disk days
Ah yes Reader Rabbit Preschool from The Learning Company I remember playing this game on my old school Mountain View School in 2003-2007 for the first time when I was 7 but only the classic versions as well as A To Zap feature the sunbuddies by sunburst and Reader Rabbit 1 Deluxe also from The Learning Company oh my gosh the nostalgic and also the music bring me back by even more nostalgic
I just booted up this game the origonal version where you have to save the carrousel horse and He just made Corn. Vanilla. Garlic. SUPRIZE! And it came out as a cake...LOVE THIS GAME!
wasnt there different levels to put this game on so the doors didnt have letters on them? or it didnt tell you? gosh i remember this so differently haha
I am very glad you did not do a commentary on this, most people posting videos of these games online usually do it in the most annoying voices possible, which kinda ruins the nostalgia factor a bit...
5 years late but archive.org/details/ReaderRabbitPreschool1 Don't do the main installer in the ISO. Mount the ISO, browse to the drive and go into the CD_RAB folder. Then run the 32bit exe. That's the English version.
