I saw her on a different podcast, was curious about who she was. Did some research. It’s amazing the lengths people will go for fame and fortune. I feel sorry for her true family. What a shame. All the people she has lied to.
It's important to heal from trauma and follow your own intuition and I believe we all have our own guidance within our system. What she is saying is beautiful, but she is using too much of those buzz words. Spiritual jargon, which is making it sound somewhat fake. She is a business woman first of all. This is how she comes across. Not someone who is genuine. Many people who experienced trauma have a great imagination, due to their pain trying to escape their reality, living in their imaginary worlds. To me she sounds like someone who made business out of her imagination. For her it was a way to survive and I am sure the experience was real for her. And if that made her a better human , that's great. Maybe there is a great deal in what she is doing as some very traumatized people may well resonate with her. At some stage of their healing journey. But her jewellery line for example is too expensive, she is selling it as something you need to buy to help you on your healing journey. You absolutely don't need that. All you need to heal is your self, your willingness to heal the acceptance, and a lot of compassion and patience with your self. That's what you really need.

As a recovering Catholic, I LOVED this conversation on integrating the true nature of the Goddesses into our lives and viewing everything from a place of LOVE, not shame and blame.

They're recovering from a belief system that they adopted from others who didn't know better and ignored their own feeling/knowing of what matters - kindness/love/etc. Be a part of whatever group you'd like, but don't let them prevent you from embodying your divine soul. By that I mean, love all, but don't forget to love yourself too. If you aren't living your life in a happy/joyful way, then there's something you might be missing.

Wow…I love Kaia and the Sophia Code. This teaching really made me start asking deeper questions, and even with the way it resonated with me I still questioned the integrity of this spiritual teacher. I can absolutely relate to the unique story she tells, and the long-term trauma, she endured, as a child, actually serving as a cayalyst to launch me deeper into my spiritual mission, and my psychic and mediumship abilities. Although the trauma and suffering were very real, and challenging to accept, and overcome, now that I have healed, I am so greatful for the experience, as I see the greater purpose it served, and how it actually aligned me with my true purpose, for this life.
