Considering Metallix has been able to get in some sort of contact, I believe there is hope. 9 years of content is huge. I know all of you would want to see it again. Let’s show the algorithm that we won’t stand for this and that we won’t let a great channel fall. Metallix, I’m glad that you found some form of communication, even if it’s like a dead end. They’re being kind of frustrating and saying how they need to talk directly talk to you, but I’m going to try and send them the current account you’re on (also my school starts in 5 minutes so I may need to put this on pause)

God yeah this is really frustrating. I had my account terminated due to a hijack as well and couldn't cooperate with UA-cam about it. I've since recovered all videos I had through Google Takeout, and I wonder if you're aware about it, but it sucks having to lose a good following of 1.7k.

i'd appreciate that a lot. i made this video a bit ago and since then there have been a lot of developments in this case that all unfortunately lead to me not being sure if there's any hope i'll get my original channel back. google (currently) refuses to reinstate my account (i touched upon this briefly, but the tldr is it got hijacked, and i briefly got back in, but something the attacker did while they were in got me nuked), and youtube hasn't budged on bringing back my main channel even though some burner channels i had are still up. i just can't sign into any of them. i got told at least 5 separate times through support emails that they can't help me since this current account isn't linked to my old channel even though i told them that i _lost_ my account. its almost been a month and theyre just giving me the runaround at this point 😭 💀 even still, the more people are aware this has happened at all, the better; and i'm very grateful for your willingness to help. it genuinely really does mean the world to me; i had a lot of big plans for the channel this year, but my motivation completely tanked after this, so any and every little bit counts. thank you. :]
