For some, like you, it’s not that deep; for others, it might feel more personal or even convicting. It’s been a year since I stepped away from my own gossip channel, but I still watch channels like yours, Owamie’s, and SimzRight’s. I’ve grown to genuinely appreciate y'all's work because I’ve come to understand that the motivation behind these channels has to go beyond just chasing views or making money. There needs to be a real passion and interest in entertaining people, and you guys show that in your delivery. There’s such a thin line between gossip and entertainment, which truly has a huge market. What really sets channels apart is the way the content is delivered-that’s what differentiates the negative ones from the rest. As a Christian, I’ve also stopped being judgmental about channels like these, because I’m no saint myself. We all do things daily that might not be seen as good in God’s eyes, and the fact that I still consume this content shows I should never criticize the creators. Most importantly like you said intent is key. Even Paul said all things are lawful but not all are permissible. Also personal guilt and spiritual convictions are always mixed up. The truth is lending money is a sin Exodus22:25, Gossiping is also a sin Proverbs11:13, 1 Timothy 5:13. Its just that we enjoyed listening to Umgozi. We want to repent and do the right that please God or we want to make lot of money pleasing people. The ball is on our hands guys❤❤❤❤
If you believe that something is a sin and you decide to repent, how can you allow such a sin to keep happening in your own house and under your watch. Giving gossipers a platform should be avoided as well. You can't say you hate prostitution but go ahead and open a brothel where prostitution is done
These two ladies knew "who they were discussing" they're afraid of being sued. Double hypocritical content gossip put them where they are ... they're ROI of this so called sin.
I used to be a fan of NdivhuT and after she left her channel, she went on to have another channel with her husband. Even on that channel, for me, it was still gossip. They would talk about some estranged family members and Pastor Bae's boss. I think even though she is out of that space, she must still respect it and those that are still in it because it paved a way for her for other opportunities.
I'm sure she is feeling burnt out or going through a spiritual transition and that's okay but as for other people it's their bread. A little gossip here and there never hurt nobody

I got super over the show even though I loved watching them. Eventually the title didn’t represent the topic and I remember commenting that I personally would watch no matter what but when the topic vs title is literal deception I am out. So maybe eventually the guilt of extreme click bait added to the guilt of gossip 🤷🏾♀️
