SBT Steamboat Gravel 2023

My first time at Steamboat to test out their "Champagne Gravel", and I liked it! I mean, over 140 miles is a bit much I will admit, and DANG WHY DOES EVERYBODY GOTTA GO SO FAST!?!?!?! Rude. I rode a 40C Rambler up front and a 40 C velocita in the back. I think I made the wrong tire choice, but also I am not sure what I would have done differently. I think I had CushCore in the rear and it was regrettable. I rode on my training wheelset because I didn't have time to swap tires. Most of the course was a 30-32C course but there were a few sections where you wanted wider... I hate those split decision courses!!
