Funnily enough I just popped a 2007 cask strength 30 year. My favorite so far. Looking forward to trying this one. Veni vedi whisky!!

Great review, though I will never be able or willing to pay that much for a bottle of whisky, however good. It's nice to dream, though.

That's correct. They have a 44 y.o. bottling as well, but we meant the oldest regularly releasing bottle of Talisker.

Nice bottle but in a conoisseur's point of view there is no point in that price. Nothing justifies that price. If it would be a 25yo cask strength from 1975 maybe then..
