Life hack: if you keep doing normal things around the house like vacuuming and watching TV, the babies won't get used to ONLY silence while sleeping! That way you don't need to tip toe. Congrats on the babies 🎊

Another life hack- don’t ever feel like your failing because everyone is new to this life thing and nobody is perfect! No not even Shane and Ryland lol❤️❤️

I tried doing that the 1st month (making the house silent as possible) my sister told me asap I needed to go about my daily life otherwise I’ll never get anything done l. I’m glad she told me that early on.
I just wanted to add that this does not work if you have a child with noise sensitivity! My daughter is very sensitive to noises (she's 11 now) and when she was a baby/toddler she would FREAK OUT anytime I used a vacuum. Now I know why! She's also neurodivergent so of course there's always exceptions lol.

Congrats on joining the twin parent club! It will hands down be the best and craziest journey you will ever be on in life. My twin boys were born last year and let me tell you that year feels like a blur lol. One twin parent tip I was given that I will pass to you, they may be twins but always remember they are individuals (yes, even down to how you dress them). The more I let that sink in, it makes so much sense. We rarely dress the boys the same out of habit to garner their own independence and individualities.

I have to say that I loved this vlog Ryland! I was able to live vicariously through you since there's no way we can make it out there from Hawaii this year. I've always loved going to Disneyland. My parents took us every/other summer when we were growing up with my last time when I graduated from high school. I didn't go again till my parents took my daughter and I when I was in my 30's. It was my 1st Christmas there, and it was truly magical. I don't care what anyone says, Disneyland IS the happiest place on earth. I'm now 63 and I still love Disneyland. And I agree with Ryland that the Indiana Jones ride is the bomb! Merry Christmas Ryland and Shane! Enjoy your babies and each other!
