Thanks for posting. I thought it might be easier to charge than to discharge due to the lack of equipment in my kitchen... I put a couple of batteries in series to kick up the voltage of my after market 12V DeWalt battery. There were 2 different legs, one was under 3V the other was around 4V. Got the under 3 to 3.5V, would not go any higher. Threw it on the charger & BAM! Works perfectly!! Thanks for the balancing insight!
I have several practically new cylindrical FLEX 24V batteries which won’t charge to four bars either. I guess I’ll use them until they give up the ghost then warranty them. Hopefully by then they’ll fix the BMS. Great tools, but they’re being let down by their batteries.
So this Milwaukee battery pack is complete junk, and I mean manufactured junk I used it about 5 times after I balance the cells and always discharge it no less then two bars and it is charging to three bars again, so it is out of balance again. So this battery pack must not have any balancer incorporated in the BMS. Shame on you Milwaukee to produce such a junk!!!

what kind of light blubs are you using?
@@TomJonesGearGuy incandescent or halogen
Strange how they fit security screws and we just go a buy the right tool and pull the battery apart,
Now take them apart and measure again, they will not be top balance

I have same issue with my HD12.0. If I fully discharge it then it will charge to 4 bars but if only partial discharge it only charge to 3 bars
@@rotaryenginepete lol wouldn’t that be normal for any battery :)
Absolutely not, Ryobi makes decent quality batteries
You need to clean up your shop.
Huh
You spelt meant wrong by the way
Considering he sounds very much German I'd give him a pass...
You spelled ‘spelled’ wrong, too, but who cares!?!
@@briha3142 either spelled or spelt is acceptable in British language lol
