One of my strategy is similar to your s befriending those who inviting me in Facebook. But have to block friends who are fake and find it hard to convince them to be authentic.

When you hear insults on Facebook posts, it is always come from other sects...yeah, we Catholics aren't masters on memorizing the Bible verses like them but we don't insult members from other sects... we don't belittle them.. because we knew that God will not be pleased if we'd. whenever I'd read their comments about us worshipping our images I'd always reply but in a respectful and kind way... I just don't get it why they'd insist that we worship those images...my goodness 🙄
