I’ve studied for the state test for about 10 months now & LUCKYI found your videos about 3 weeks ago & Today I took the test for the first time , completed within 40 mints & I PASSED !!!!! I would say about 55% of the questions on my exam where similar to the ones you’ve thought us. That as soon as I finish reading the question & saw the answers it just made sense ! I studied for a week straight using mostly only magnolia school. I bought the cram course and audio supplement and passed my state exam on the first time. She is AMAZING!!! I did my hours at Gold Coast and nothing I repeat nothing that Gold Coast teaches are in the exam, everything I learned from this video I saw it on the exam, I passed it by watching different UA-cam videos but this one is the best. I PASSED! First Try! And it only took me 40 minutes. I was moving at lightening speed. I just knew the answers and the ones I did not know, I didn't worry about because I knew sooooooooo many. I would read the questions and literally hear Michelle's voice saying the answer in my head LOL. I never even purchased the book (I know. That's not good), but with just studying the cram course and audio for two weeks. I did it! I owe it all to Magnolia School of Real Estate. There's no need to use any other study course. Took my Florida real estate exam on Monday, October 14th and I missed it by 2 points, yep I got a 73%. I took Michelle’s 63 hour class and the information and training was excellent no complaints there…. I was not disappointed even though I failed because I at least knew 73 of the answers out of 100. On Wednesday, October 16th I called Magnolia School of Real Estate and spoke with Linda (not Michelle) and I told her what happen and I asked her for recommendations because I rescheduled the test for Tomorrow (Thursday, October 17th at 9:30am), YIKES !!! Kinda asked if I took the cram course, I said no I took the actual 63 hour course she said wait I’m gonna send the cram course etc….. this was like 2pm on Wednesday October 16th. Well I went back to my office and started listening to the audio for an hour then watched the cram course for an hour along with my flash cards, then I went back to the audio and listened to it for the rest of the evening up until 1 am, then when I woke up I listened to it from 7am all the way until I got to the testing center. I too the test, got done in 2 hours and guess what I PASSED. God is amazing and forever faithful. If you’re in the fence about getting the 63 hour course and/or the cram course don’t hesitate any longer… GET IT!!!! Thank you Linda! Michelle you’re an excellent and exceptional instructor….. I highly recommend your training for anyone who wants a FLORIDA LICENSE.❤ My advice to everyone if you’re studying, study the question and the answer, don’t focus on the other answers, I repeat study the question and the correct answer. The test is a definitely tricky and setup to make you fail lol sad to say, as long as you know the question and the answer everything else doesn’t matter. Trust God and you will pass
I was desperately looking where else to study so I could understand everything, and I stumbled upon your videos Mrs. Michelle. I ended up buying the cram course with only one day (yesterday - Friday 9/8/23) to really study because my exam was already scheduled for today (9-8-23). I passed. And it really was all thanks to your course, the explanation is so through, you make understanding even the math so easy. I am so thankful. I've taken the exam twice already and failed, I was just so frustrated. I cant recommend this course enough. It was the difference for me between failing and passing. Thank you so much. Whoever is reading this, please trust me when I say her cram course is worth the money and more. I failed the state exam 3 times after completing the cram course and taking the state exam for the 4th time I finally passed!!! She needs all the credit because most of these UA-camrs aren't putting out informative questions that would help you pass the test. She also explains each answer in a way that anyone can comprehend.

I wasn’t a subscriber & I don’t know this lady personally, but I purchased the cram course on 30 Sept 2022 and passed my exam on the first go-today on 8 Oct! This course is the absolute truth! There were questions on the FL exam that were the exact questions in the cram course just with different names. If you understand the concept and know how to apply it-you will be successful. This is going to be a long review. I have taken the RE exam 10 times and failed prior to coming across Ms. Michelle’s UA-cam channel. My authorization was set to expire on 4/22/22 and I was desperate. After comparing all 10 of my failed exams. I come to figure out that I was failing the same categories each and every time. Took the Florida Real Estate Exam today. It was a beast of an exam. I used 2 different training programs until i stumbled on Magnolia. I was amazed that Magnolia with Michelle gave me the best training to pass this exam. I highly recommend Magnolia. I just passed my exam today and all credit goes to Michelle Earley and how she explains everything clearly. I don't feel I got much from my class that I took online with Colibri. I found out about Michelle after the fact and never had the chance to spend my money with her but I can not recommend this anymore. In my opinion Michelle is the best Real Estate instructor in Florida. She explains all the material in a way that you can understand it... without so many technicalities, the material is specific, the flash cards and the audio presentation are excellent for memorizing the most important topics. The explanations of the financial issues and calculations made it easy for me to quickly and easily understand all the math calculations, something that I had not been able to achieve with the online Real Estate course that I initially took. I recommend it 200%, I passed my exam yesterday on my first try!

Hi ! Just wanted to say, today (07-07-2022) I took my RE exam and I passed. I would not have been able to pass if it weren’t for the cram course I got from you. Thank you so much. I started studying almost a week. I watched all your videos & took all practice exams and I passed of 1st try. There were many questions I got that were not included in this cram course, but I was able to answer all of them because I studied the cram course very well. Took the exam last Saturday for the first time and passed without any worries. Thank to this teacher. I was shaky before I took the course. I’m telling you stop watching random yt video. The info isn’t accurate. Take this course and use flash cards. Study them everyday and you will have no problems. 🙏🏽

I usually don’t post on anything ever. However today I had to. I spent hundreds of dollars on other cram courses and none compared to Magnolia. I failed by first exam and I bought the cram course and continuously practiced until I got 100 every time and passed my exam in less than 2 hrs today. She’s the best and I will definitely use her for my post licensing. Keep up the great work Ms. Michele.

I just took my state exam last week Friday, and it was the most smoothest test I ever took in my life. Balancing a full time job and school is already a job within itself. To all my people having to balance just try to find something to keep you motivated. I almost gave up, it was to much to balance until I found her course. It was the biggest help of all my studying. I passed my test yesterday on the first try!! Many of the questions was the material I studied from Michelle’s videos and cram course! I made a bunch of flash cards with all the information, as well as used the cram course flash cards, practice tests, and audio. I listened to the entire 19 chapters. By far the BEST study prep material and instructor around. I just passed my exam of the first try and I have Michele to thank for that. I stumbled on her UA-cam videos 2 days before my exam. After watching her videos on UA-cam and I instantly bought the cram course and went through the entire thing. The format of the course was easy to operate and the all material covered was in fact on the state exam just like Michelle said it would be. She does an excellent job explaining concepts and everything you need to know about the exam. I felt more at ease going into my exam because of the cram course and extra test information provided. Just passed my exam this afternoon (5/10/23 & on the first try) and so many questions from the cram course came back on that state exam. Reading the comments on these videos gave me the extra courage and believe, that it is definitely possible to pass this difficult exam on the first try! I just took my real estate exam today for the first time and passed! Thanks to Michelle’s real estate school and these videos! I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed

I PASSED! First Try! And it only took me 40 minutes. I was moving at lightening speed. I just knew the answers and the ones I did not know, I didn't worry about because I knew sooooooooo many. I would read the questions and literally hear Michelle's voice saying the answer in my head LOL. I never even purchased the book (I know. That's not good), but with just studying the cram course and audio for two weeks. I did it! I owe it all to Magnolia School of Real Estate. There's no need to use any other study course. I am thrilled. I started this process on May 19th and passed my state exam on 6/24/22. No Prior Real Estate Experience What so ever!

Took my Florida real estate exam on Monday, October 14th and I missed it by 2 points, yep I got a 73%. I took Michelle’s 63 hour class and the information and training was excellent no complaints there…. I was not disappointed even though I failed because I at least knew 73 of the answers out of 100. On Wednesday, October 16th I called Magnolia School of Real Estate and spoke with Linda (not Michelle) and I told her what happen and I asked her for recommendations because I rescheduled the test for Tomorrow (Thursday, October 17th at 9:30am), YIKES !!! Kinda asked if I took the cram course, I said no I took the actual 63 hour course she said wait I’m gonna send the cram course etc….. this was like 2pm on Wednesday October 16th. Well I went back to my office and started listening to the audio for an hour then watched the cram course for an hour along with my flash cards, then I went back to the audio and listened to it for the rest of the evening up until 1 am, then when I woke up I listened to it from 7am all the way until I got to the testing center. I too the test, got done in 2 hours and guess what I PASSED. God is amazing and forever faithful. If you’re in the fence about getting the 63 hour course and/or the cram course don’t hesitate any longer… GET IT!!!! Thank you Linda! Michelle you’re an excellent and exceptional instructor….. I highly recommend your training for anyone who wants a FLORIDA LICENSE.❤
My advice to everyone if you’re studying, study the question and the answer, don’t focus on the other answers, I repeat study the question and the correct answer. The test is a definitely tricky and setup to make you fail lol sad to say, as long as you know the question and the answer everything else doesn’t matter.

I was desperately looking where else to study so I could understand everything, and I stumbled upon your videos Mrs. Michelle. I ended up buying the cram course with only one day (yesterday - Friday 9/8/23) to really study because my exam was already scheduled for today (9-8-23). I passed. And it really was all thanks to your course, the explanation is so through, you make understanding even the math so easy. I am so thankful. THANK YOU MICHELLE!!! I took my exam today and passed on the first try! I was beyond stressed and prayed the entire time I was taking it. I have to say the cram course helped tremendously! The same questions on the course were on the exam for the most part, a lot worded differently but if you studied you'll get it. If you're on the fence about purchasing it, just get it! Its better than having to pay for the test twice.

I needed to get my license for my job, and they purchased a program for me. At the conclusion of that course I did not feel prepared. Whoever is reading this, please trust me when I say her cram course is worth the money and more. I failed the state exam 3 times after completing the cram course and taking the state exam for the 4th time I finally passed!!! She needs all the credit because most of these UA-camrs aren't putting out informative questions that would help you pass the test. She also explains each answer in a way that anyone can comprehend.

I wasn’t a subscriber & I don’t know this lady personally, but I purchased the cram course on 30 Sept 2022 and passed my exam on the first go-today on 8 Oct! This course is the absolute truth! There were questions on the FL exam that were the exact questions in the cram course just with different names. If you understand the concept and know how to apply it-you will be successful. This is going to be a long review. I have taken the RE exam 10 times and failed prior to coming across Ms. Michelle’s UA-cam channel. My authorization was set to expire on 4/22/22 and I was desperate. After comparing all 10 of my failed exams. I come to figure out that I was failing the same categories each and every time. After, watching her videos, I realized that alot of the questions she covers are actually on the real exam. I decided to purchase the Cram Course and I’m happy to say that I PASSED the state exam. I give thanks to Michelle and her very useful course and video explanations throughout the course. I also learned that I was studying wrong. Please read and study exactly what is on the DBPR exam booklet. With that guide and Michelle’s Cram Course. You are sure to pass this exam. Took the Florida Real Estate Exam today. It was a beast of an exam. I used 2 different training programs until i stumbled on Magnolia. I was amazed that Magnolia with Michelle gave me the best training to pass this exam. I highly recommend Magnolia. I just passed my exam today and all credit goes to Michelle Earley and how she explains everything clearly. I don't feel I got much from my class that I took online with Colibri. Passed my Sales Associate exam a week ago first try!!! All thanks to this amazing cram course and audio I purchased from Michelle! I listened to that audio in my car, while doing chores everywhere. In my opinion Michelle is the best Real Estate instructor in Florida. She explains all the material in a way that you can understand it... without so many technicalities, the material is specific, the flash cards and the audio presentation are excellent for memorizing the most important topics.
The explanations of the financial issues and calculations made it easy for me to quickly and easily understand all the math calculations, something that I had not been able to achieve with the online Real Estate course that I initially took.
I recommend it 200%, I passed my exam yesterday on my first try!

Hi ! Just wanted to say, today (07-07-2022) I took my RE exam and I passed. I would not have been able to pass if it weren’t for the cram course I got from you. Thank you so much. I started studying almost a week. I watched all your videos & took all practice exams and I passed of 1st try. There were many questions I got that were not included in this cram course, but I was able to answer all of them because I studied the cram course very well. Took the exam last Saturday for the first time and passed without any worries. Thank to this teacher. I was shaky before I took the course. I’m telling you stop watching random yt video. The info isn’t accurate. Take this course and use flash cards. Study them everyday and you will have no problems. 🙏🏽

I usually don’t post on anything ever. However today I had to. I spent hundreds of dollars on other cram courses and none compared to Magnolia. I failed by first exam and I bought the cram course and continuously practiced until I got 100 every time and passed my exam in less than 2 hrs today. I just took my state exam last week Friday, and it was the most smoothest test I ever took in my life. Balancing a full time job and school is already a job within itself. To all my people having to balance just try to find something to keep you motivated. I almost gave up, it was to much to balance until I found her course. It was the biggest help of all my studying. I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU THE BIGGEST HUG!! I first found your UA-cam videos back in November 2022, the week I was scheduled to first take the exam. I studied these videos everyday up until my exam and unfortunately, I did not pass. Earlier this month I scheduled my exam for the second time and I purchased the cram course, and I am ECSTATIC to announce that I passed my exam on the 2nd try today! By far the BEST study prep material and instructor around. I just passed my exam of the first try and I have Michele to thank for that. I stumbled on her UA-cam videos 2 days before my exam. After watching her videos on UA-cam and I instantly bought the cram course and went through the entire thing. The format of the course was easy to operate and the all material covered was in fact on the state exam just like Michelle said it would be. She does an excellent job explaining concepts and everything you need to know about the exam. I felt more at ease going into my exam because of the cram course and extra test information provided. The course is well worth the money. I will definitely be registering at Magnolia School of Real Estate for my post license/continue education courses.

I am extremely happy to confirm, what so many have said before me...
Just passed my exam this afternoon (5/10/23 & on the first try) and so many questions from the cram course came back on that state exam.
Reading the comments on these videos gave me the extra courage and believe, that it is definitely possible to pass this difficult exam on the first try!
What I can say however, although these videos are great, do yourself a big favor and buy Michelle's cram course, once you're in front of that testing computer, you'll understand and you'll thank yourself for making that small investment into your future.

My expiration was coming up for me to take the real estate exam on 6/23 or have to re take the entire course and I found you online while searching for a prep course and i watched your videos then decided to purchase the cram course it was the best decision that i made and i wish i had found you sooner. I just took my real estate exam today for the first time and passed! Thanks to Michelle’s real estate school and these videos! I purchased the cram course just 3 days before my exam and was able to pass with the course material and amazing explanations. I took my pre license course in another school and I feel like I didn’t learn much and was lost on where to start studying. I honestly didn’t study from my book after I found this.
