Especially now that I notice I understand most of what is said in this video. This motivates me to learn more, so that I'll be able to tackle 'Difficult Hebrew' one day ;)

      That's just the nature of modern hebrew. Up until about 100 years ago, nobody spoke it natively, and Israel is still largely an immigrant nation (I believe any jewish person in the world has an automatic right to israeli citizenship? Plus a lot of Russians have moved there since the fall of the soviet union), so a very large portion of the population is still made up of people who don't speak hebrew natively, which leads to a lot of interesting variation in accents and grammar. That's just part of speaking hebrew nowadays.

      The woman at @1:43 has red lipstick on. There's no way she removed a mask and had perfect red lipstick underneath for this interview. She wasn't wearing a mask at all before you approached her.

      And at @2:59, you can see that the interviewer isn't wearing a mask at all. And you're shoving the mic in people's faces and are way closer than 2 meters. You're for ruining it for all of us. People like you are the reason there's a seger.

      @@Jewish_Israeli_ZionistIt sounds more like German because the pronunciation is that of Yiddish speaking Ashkenazi Jews. Actually I don’t think any Arab would like to sound like this, so “in your dreams” is a total projection of yours (maybe also due to the fact that you’re Mizrahi, and people in your family/community have been discriminated against for speaking Arabic).

    These people look European. I wonder why they dont look like their neighbouring countries at all. hmmm

    • @advictoriamgamers
      @advictoriamgamers 2 місяці тому

      Because many came from Europe after being expelled from Israel centuries ago, they mix with the locals in Europe and so we have modern day Jews who are white. The ones that stayed in the middle east or closer to it, such as Mizrahi or Sephardic Jews look like middle eastern people.
