Financial impropriety happens mostly in organizations where there are no structure. In most organized churches, the pastor does not have access to finances. There are committees in charge of finance. The pastor only gives directives on how the expenses are to be made.
They are not under any obligation to pay you... You received freely and you ought to share freely... If indeed you are blessing them, they will in turn bless you... But bro you can't base your life on those offerings. Moreover this is the bases at which youths don't want to be productive at all, they all want to open churches and be collecting tithe, seeds and offerings.
