It's about English thinking more than memorizing, don't do that use your native language to memorize every sentence. Instead, using your own English words to interpret the sentence that will be much more helpful.
It really hard for me to practice English because my English level is lower. But I trial to finish it by myself for a couple of days. It is an interesting story.
