No, there wasn't a problem with the electricity. Dead wanted their set to be as dark as possible. Even when he was with MORBID, the stage light they used was minimal. i read somewhere that the darkness of the show was Euronymous' idea or at least he gave instruction to shut the lights off. your channels name is King Euronymous but you talk about these uploaded videos very poorly, Euronymous has said that they only release the best of their work. if you don't like or appreciate the quality, why do you upload it? what's disappointing about having footage, of any quality, of 2people who basically built the ideas of what Black Metal was supposed to be?
Unfortunately they filmed the whole gig far away from the stage with an old analog camcorder... and as you can see, the result was doomed to fail from the beginning... It is really dissapointing, I know... but thanks to this -also poor- audio recording of the show, we have an excellent idea of how Dead sounded when he was possessed!!

I know, but if I remember correctly, Metalion (who arranged this gig) once said something about problems with the electricity, making it even darker than it was supposed to be. Furuheim (the community house where this gig took place) was not very suited for metal concerts anyway.
