Yes, they are right here in our backyard and all over irving. Any body of water you see that don't have trespassing or no fishing signs go fish it. Those slabs are in there.

Lake Carolyn by my job. You will get ticketed by police or run off if you fish there. Unless you got permission. Yes, Hackberry, a great canal system to fish, it's a hidden gem, honestly. It doesn't get much fishing pressure at all. Thanks 💯
@@SlabHunterTV oh yea, I've stayed in the Omni there and the wife and I took engagement pics there on the canal walk area.. Yea they have no fishing signs up over there, but the fish by like right in your face.
