For me Luffy punching Charlos is the definition of a legendary *and* satisfying punch. Bajrang gun is legendary, but not as satisfying as that simple punch
Yeah, OP is full of great punches, but the Charlos one takes the cake. It was absolutely satisfying and as a bonus, had major consequences for the rest of the story.
Whats even more satisfying about the Clayman punching bag scene, is that Rimuru sped up his perception a million-fold, so that it lasted like a week, and he could feel every second of it

I think you have to include Ruti punching Van in _Banished From the Hero’s Party._ Red pulls enough of a distraction for Ruti to roll up and hit the false Hero with a punch to the dome that not only cost him some teeth, but rocket-launched him into a rock with enough force to break it. If Van didn’t have his Blessing and healing factor, he’d have been _dead._

The fact that people whine about the power of friendship in fairy tail, even though it's established in verse, multiple times, that friendship, and more specifically love, is part of the power system and the thing that makes magic most powerful, really baffles me to this day.
Have you considered doing a 'Top Ten Roars'? Gaiju No 8 when he punches the bomb and Bleach when Ichigo transforms into the hollow and force pulls his sword come to mind.

While Clayman was considered a demon lord he was by far the weakest in terms of power and magicule count. The only reason he even had a spot as a demon lord was because Guy/Crimson thought that he could actually become strong given enough time and under certain circumstances/conditions.
While true, consider that even the weakest demon lords are still unfathomably strong compared to the majority of beings. His confidence didn't come out of thin air - he held a position of power because he was still very strong. Just not quite as strong as Rimiru and his followers.

If you know you know, but when that punch gets animated then the internet will break once more and It's not even Luffy's punch that does it.
I mean yeah one punch man is cool...but we all know thats not his best. I'm waiting with bated breath for season 3 when they FINALLY animate the fight between Saitama and God Garou...or at least I hope thats the season.

IMO, Luffy's vajrang gun against Kaido is not that satisfying, if you want a memorable satisfying punch from One Piece, Luffy punching St. Charlos still the best, if Luffy didn't punch him, Zoro was already prepared his katana to kill him
The part with Jotaro is actually different here. Thorough the whole time the team was dealing with Steely Dan, Dan held Joseph hostage with his stand and forced Jotaro to do humiliating stuff including stealing jewellery (not to mention bearing the brunt of the shopkeeper's retribution). Once Joseph gets saved, Jotaro has no reason to abide to Dan, thus is free to punch the shit out him. Then Steely Dan tries to take a girl hostage only for Star Platinum to incapacitate Dan's Stand. This entire punching sequence was built up through this entire time and it ends with Jotaro leaving a list of things Dan made him do as a bill for him. In the manga it is three pages long. Giormo would beat this with four pages of straight up MUDA.
To be fair, Saitama should be barred from what is essentially the one punch manime list as all his fights end with one puuuuunch. A fitting substitution would be Vegeta dismissing Frost in DBS. Not super flashy, but he had some Freeza trauma to uncork and only gave Frost a single sip.

One of my all time favorites is Kenichi punching Loki. The bastard took Kenichi's little sister hostage and used her to keep Kenichi from fighting back while he was beaten to a pulp, then the instant his sister is rescued he sends Loki flying with a single punch.
